Working out in a group is one of the best ways to build fitness into your lifestyle. There is something dynamic about getting together with a group of people with similar goals and working hard together. You can motivate, inspire and encourage each other to keep on keeping on when the pressure it on and when fatigue sets in.

Mixed Marital Arts Conditioning and Functional Fitness

I developed this program using NASM’s Boot Camp method, NASMs’ OPT (Optimum Performance Training) Model and integrated necessary functional movements needed for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Marital Arts Striking. In this class you will gain:

I developed this program using NASM’s scientifically tested weight loss methodologies and integrated movements that are diverse and fun. In this class you will experience:

• Increased Cardiovascular Conditioning
