Fitness Culture offers Virtual Training to long distance, traveling, and/or celebrity clients that require program design/training and nutrition consultation on the go.
We conduct personal training via phone, Skype or Google Hangout. This is the same type of personal training as in-person sessions, and like all Fitness Culture clients will begin with a consultation to review your health history, conduct a basic fitness assessment, and discuss your goals. All virtual training clients receive a weekly workout calendar and email support between sessions.
A few important points about Virtual Training, :
- Our trainers will not be with you during your PT. However, we will provide movement coaching before and after sessions as you have questions.
- We have an online exercise library that you can use at home or in the gym
- We can design programs that are strictly body weight, resistance training plans, or a combination of both.
